Southampton Road - Eastleigh

This Brownfield development lies close to the centre of Eastleigh. Maximising the available land, the scheme involved the demolition of an existing club and construction of 33 affordable two bedroom apartments. Offering secure covered parking and low energy consumption the modern design reflects the focal position of the building within the town.

Introduced to Winchester Housing Association by Highwood the design and build contract commenced in August 2005 and was completed and successfully handed over in December 2006.
