This scheme of 70 new build houses and apartments situated near to the main Southampton hospitals are all now completed and sold.

This opportunity resulted from an innovative land assembly by Highwood Estates. Existing ecological habitats have been retained and enhanced and, by using innovative retaining structures, we have ensured that the land use is maximised, whilst enabling high standards of design and finish.
