This £2.1m project, utilising redundant land adjacent to the Heron Public House, comprises 34 one and two bed apartments.

The development opportunity was introduced to Eastleigh Housing Association by Highwood Estates and the design and build contract commenced on site in June 2004. Traditionally constructed, the scheme scores highly on its ecological contribution and also features innovative bathroom PODs.

The 34 flats were successfully completed and handed over to Eastleigh Housing Association in July 2005 to be allocated for shared ownership and open market rent.
