Highwood have acquired a  significant landholding of a strategic site in Fareham with a total of circa 300 houses and apartments which is due for development in Spring/Summer 2012.

The planning application has now been lodged and is due to be heard in Autumn 2011 with a view for site commencement in Spring/Summer 2012.
