Hunts Pond Road - Fareham

The first phase of this extensive residential development in Fareham is now underway.   This first phase includes construction of a mix of 130 houses and apartments.

Further future development of the scheme consists of a wide range of accommodation to include exclusive houses and apartments, with a total overall of 326 dwellings, all of which have been procured by Highwood through the strategic planning process.

Highwood are now working in conjunction with the Persimmon Group who will be delivering further open market homes at this development, whilst Highwood will remain responsible for the delivery of the affordable housing programme.
