The Barns - Romsey

Highwood are delighted to move into their new bespoke privately owned office development, The Hay Barn, Upper Ashfield Farm, just outside Romsey.  The location is excellent for motorway links, being at the junction of the M27 and M271.  The overall development consists of The Hay Barn (now occupied by Highwood employees), The Cart Barn, The Stables and The Cow Barn.  These historic buildings are being completely restored and include the very latest standard of efficiency, including air source heat pumps for all cooling and heating of the buildings.  Work on the Cart Barn is now well underway.
 
The Stables and The Cattle Barn will be available Spring 2011 for lease or freehold sale through our agent Primmer Olds.
