A planning application is due to be submitted in June 2009 for 50 extra care retirement apartments and 8 purpose built bungalows, together with communal facilities, for the benefit of the local neighbourhood.

Highwood are delighted to have won the appeal in respect of the planning for the development of a private care home, together with a select residential development.

Planning has been granted for a purpose built 32 bedroom Care Home
