Hunts Pond Road - Fareham

The first residents have moved in in a phased sequence of handovers into this successful vibrant community.  A mix of 130 houses and apartments are being constructed in this first phase, of which 62 have been successfully handed over and work is well underway for completion of the remaining dwellings.

Further future development of the scheme consists of a wide range of accommodation to include exclusive houses and apartments, with a total overall of 326 dwellings, all of which have been procured by Highwood Group through the strategic planning process.

Highwood are now working in conjunction with the Persimmon Group who will be delivering further open market homes at this development, whilst Highwood will remain responsible for the delivery of the affordable housing programme.
