The Creamery - Sturminster Newton

Works are now well underway and the infrastructure installed for this development.  The circa £6M housing scheme for Raglan Housing Association has now commenced.
 
Highwood have also secured a contract with Colten Care for the transfer of the 60 bed Care Home and works have also commenced on the original Creamery building for which a tenant is being sought.  Details of the refurbishment and reconstruction of the Creamery building are available through our agents Symonds and Sampson.
 
Highwood will be looking to commence development of the 4 new build office units in early Summer 2010, again, details of these are available via our agents Symonds and Sampson.
