Highwood has recently received planning consent on this scheme consisting of a 64 bed private care home and also a quality development of 4 houses and 9 apartments for sale.

Contracts have been completed with Southern Cross plc and Blair Estates in respect of the Care Home which is due for completion in approximately 13 months’ time. Contracts have also been completed for the design and construction of the houses and apartments with our partner RSL Testway Housing Association. Handover is anticipated in March 2009.
