Deanery Site - Southampton

Construction is now well underway for the provision of 173 dwellings to include 29 four bedroom town houses and a mixture of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, most with private basement parking. This exciting contemporary scheme is being built on behalf of our partners Downland Housing Association and Testway Housing Group. Completion of this project is expected in Summer 2010.

This scheme was procured through the planning stage by Highwood and offered to our clients on the basis of a turnkey arrangement.
