Current Highwood Developments

Construction is now well underway for the provision of 173 dwellings to include 29 four bedroom town houses and a mixture of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, most with private basement parking.

A major development in Hampshire of 326 dwellings

This 2.2 acre development includes a scheme of 50 retirement apartments, together with a 60 bed private nursing home.

A second phase of development has commenced next to our recently completed Care Home.

Construction has commenced on a small affordable housing scheme located in St Marys, Southampton for our clients Testway Housing Group.

Works are now well underway and the infrastructure installed for this development.  The circa £6M housing scheme for Raglan Housing Association has now commenced.
