The Highwood Group as it is today was initially established in 1987, its principal directors Nigel Meek, Nigel Shannon and Malcolm Mintram have over 25 years experience in land and construction. As a privately owned company our focus is on quality in design, product and service.

The ongoing success enjoyed by Highwood has compelled operational segmentation of the group into three complementary, yet distinct, divisions. Each one is dedicated to an essential area of expertise:

• Highwood Estates manages the acquisition and assembly of land including obtaining planning consents.
• Highwood Construction focuses on site development and build-out.
• Highwood Homes is concerned with the marketing and sale of completed properties and homes.
• Highwood Residential develops land primarily for Care Homes and Retirement Schemes.

Our experience and professional expertise covers an extremely broad range of projects from luxury homes and exclusive developments, to residential estates, apartment living, low cost homes, retirement homes and care homes.
